You must have a Suspension Trainer to participate.   Our TRX classes offer cutting edge suspension training and proven results to help you build strength, flexibility, muscular endurance and core stability. Open to all fitness levels with options that allow everyone to work at their own pace or take on more progression. Challenging and fun, these classes are guaranteed to get your heart pumping and make you sweat! Class Format: 5 Min Orientation for New Clients, 5 Min Demonstration of Exercises, 45 Minute Workout. Barre socks and sports bra recommended.
