Our TRX classes offer cutting edge suspension training and proven results to help you build strength, flexibility, muscular endurance and core stability. Open to all fitness levels with options that allow everyone to work at their own pace or take on more progression. Class Format: This 45 min class combines upper body, lower body, and core strength exercises with complementary stretches. Barre socks and sports bra recommended.
