Need support with consistency? New or seasoned fitness enthusiasts, this service is for everyone! During this time your dedicated Accountability Partner will review your weekly goals, where you are and where you're going. We keep the process simple and keep you focused. We help you track milestones, along with identifying behaviors or habits that don't support your goals. We work with you to find positive alternatives and solutions. We will hold you accountable if you miss a workout, and always provide positive reinforcement. You will meet with your Accountability Partner eight times a month. They will curate a monthly workout schedule, suggest a Human Movement Specialist to work with and Group Fitness Classes to participate in. If you're already working with a Human Movement Specialist, no problem, we will work with them to help you stay on course.
