MAHALO for your cooperation in mitigating the spread of COVID-19 in our faciltiies.  By entering our facility, you hereby confirm a “NO” response to the following questions: Have you experienced Symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 14 days? Have you traveled in the past 14 days? Have you been in close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days? Do you have a fever equal to or higher than 100.4F? Are you under evaluation for COVID-19 (for example, waiting for the results of a viral test to confirm infection)? Have you been diagnosed with COVID-19 and not yet cleared to discontinue isolation? Complete Temperature Check with Instructor prior to class Face Masks and 6-Foot Distancing are REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES (except when ACTIVELY swimming). If you are feeling sick or experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, STAY HOME to rest. For the safety of all our members, please CLEAN and DISINFECT all equipment and personal space before and after each use.
