Hello! My name is Jeni Knepper, and I am from Cascade, Iowa. I am currently studying Health and Fitness studies and Business Administration at Wartburg College. I hope to get into Marketing and possibly owning a gym after I graduate in May of 2027!I have been into fitness for around 5 years, and have 3 years of weight lifting experience where I’ve learned to make my own programs to progress my fitness. My senior year of high school I joined Girls Wrestling at Cascade High School, and since then I have wanted to continue onto a career in fitness. I am very passionate about all things health!
