 Hi,
My name is Joe Brammer, I
know what it’s like being the “overweight person” I was the “Husky
Kid” growing up. Matter of fact I weighed more in the
7th grade than I do right now as a grown
man.
I know it can be painful to go
through life overweight and out of shape. It was painful for me. In
fact so painful that one day I decided I had enough and was going
to MAKE A CHANGE. I began working out and eventually lost over
50lbs. I went on to become a pro MMA Fighter and even fought in the
Ultimate Fighting Championship on Pay Per View.

Gym, and Elite Body Boot Camp.

Our Elite Body Boot Camp
is group personal training with a Certified Trainer and Certified
Nutritionist, 4 days each week.
    We
incorporate: Kickboxing, Kettlebells, Dumbells, Sprints, Olympic
Style Lifts And TRX’s.
 This Boot Camp training is
better than the gym and less expensive than personal training. You
are segmented by skill level for best results and personal
enjoyment.
We use ACE certified trainers
and certified nutritionists (something skimped on and not done by
most of our competition) to teach all our group training
sessions.
We give you a Booklet when you
join Called the Elite Body Blueprint. It contains 100’s of tips and
strategies to help you.
It also contains 10 at home Boot
Camp workouts you can do if you ever miss class.
