About the Class

This low impact, high results workout is designed to lift & tone your muscles using micro-movements to improve strength & agility. Barre combines traditional ballet postures at the barre with pilates mat work. Throw in multiple fat burning cardio bursts sprinkled throughout class and you’ve got yourself a full body workout! Don’t let the light weights fool you. This high rep class will have you “feeling the burn” in no time! No prior dance experience necessary.

Special Instructions

Bring a mat. Class is performed barefoot or barre socks are welcome.
