Restorative yoga is a receptive practice as opposed to an active practice. Props are used throughout class, poses are held for anywhere between 5-10 minutes each, in order to achieve the desired benefits and cultivate a state of deep relaxation. Bring your yoga mat, straps and blocks if you have them.
