About the Class

This 35 Minute Group Session (15 participants max) is designed to help you look, feel, and move better. No Machines! Our coaches will teach you the movements and make sure you are doing them correctly.  A mix of strength training and conditioning, this class is designed to maximixe fat loss and increase muscle tone while helping you become stronger and more fit.  Intensity can be easily adjusted for beginners and intermediate levels.
