I've worked with a handful of good trainers in my life and Mackenzie is at the top of that list. Her deep knowledge, expertise and care has been essential in helping me successfully navigate a number of injuries and challenges (including menopause) on my journey in fitness and health for longevity. She's kept me on track in a way that feels right for me and my body and it's not based on the kinds of motivation tactics many trainers use that I've found hollow and counterproductive. Working on my glutes to help strengthen lower body movement and balance. I’m a senior so this is extremely helpful to me re: walking and standing. I feel as though I’m strengthening my body every time I work out.
