and then incorporate those new skills into a flow you'll learn and
practice during class.

At Maeve40 Fitness, we challenge
clients to query how their lives and their relationship with their
bodies and minds would be different if they brought the same fight
they brought to everything else in their lives and claimed it for
themselves. We inspire and teach individuals to establish and
maintain that fight with genetically-driven, customized training
and nutrition programs. 
As a Spartan SGX coach, NASM
Certified Personal Trainer, Animal Flow and Russian Kettlebell
certified instructor, Mackenzie K. Phillips, Esq., the owner of
Maeve40 Fitness, coaches individuals and groups in Chicago, online,
on the Spartan field, and around the world at destination fitness
retreats. Most recently, Maeve40 Fitness hosted the Wander Woman
Retreat in New Buffalo Michigan in June 2019, and a series of
bootcamp classes in Martha’s Vineyard in August 2019.
We focus on transforming everyday people into everyday
warriors.

Our commitment to you:

1. Assess and determine together realistic health and fitness goals and put them on a timeline for achievement
2. Design a complete program to achieve your goals that includes:
-Nutrition and supplementation – to fuel your body with the energy required and maintain a muscle-building fat-burning state 
-Resistance training – to increase your strength and build lean muscle
-Cardiovascular exercise – to optimize fat burning and heart health
-Stretching – to accelerate your recovery from exercise and prevent injury 
-Coaching – to motivate, support, and encourage you when required
3. Teach you all the components of your program and help you implement them into your daily habits and life
4. Meet with you every 4–6 weeks to assess your progress, and update your program accordingly so you continue to achieve the best possible results from your investment with us.


GROUP | PLATINUM (2x per week)
