About the Class

Bring balance to your mind and body with our yoga inspired stretching, recovering and meditaton class. This gentle, slow-paced class works to increase circulation, reduce stress, and improve flexibility and joint mobility. Class ends with a 20 minute guided mediation in the silk hammocks. Begin a new week feeling grounded, carefree, and invigorated.   

Special Instructions

Bring water bottle and grip socks (if desired) Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle into your space- we will start class right on time so we have enough time for our mediation. Thank you!!
