Heat Shock Fitness

We are a studio located in Homer glen. Half of the gym is gym and half is recovery! On the gym side, we have cardio machines, strength equipment, power cages, smith machines, dbs, barbells & more! On the recovery side, we have 8 infrared saunas that are each filled with different equipment. All of our infrared saunas have red light therapy and can reach up to 160 degrees! We have a cold plunge and other amentities as well including a stretch therapist and massage therapist.
