bodybuilding competitions...well, unless that is your real goal.
Then we are more than ready to make that happen for you. 
Our view of success is completely related to your actual health
and how you feel about yourself! Sometimes all you need is stress
relief so you can shed the pressure of the world! Sometimes you
need to lose weight or try to get off medications related to poor
nutrition or weight...regardless of your goals...we are here to
support, guide and build you up so that success is the only

cardio kickboxing! Come use real boxing equipment and learn real
kickboxing techniques - shed weight, improve your cardiovascular
health and relieve stress!
Caring and Knowledgeable Trainers
The owner is ISSA (International Sport Sciences Association)
certified in Personal Training and Sports Nutrition, is a second
degree blackbelt in TKD and has played tons of sports throughout
her life including -- tennis, softball, volleyball, soccer and
different forms of martial arts. She also promotes, coaches and
competes in bodybuilding competitions.
Our team is made up of fitness experts. They understand your
struggles are able to problem solve for your success.
We know how to train you for success - not just
physically...exercises are exercises...you can honestly get videos
on YouTube for free...what most people need is the guidance to
navigate the mental and emotional rollercoaster of finding and
keeping their fitness.
We are all passionate about what we do, which is focus 110% on
your success! Our moto is “whatever it takes” – welcome to your
