This class is considered the 3rd day of your glute focused/full body resistance training program.    You will be doing all the big exercises that create shape and strength! By hitting the glutes from all angles and utilizing various intensity techniques you can be confident knowing that every class is working towards your goal of a healthier, stronger, and sculpted Azz.
