I brought my 15 year old niece to Sukino for a self care day where we experienced the halotherapy salt cave. The treehouse inspired design brought a sense of calming comfort and nostalgia. The experience encouraged us to slow down, breathe more fully, and reconnect with ourselves. Finding places that genuinely excite a teenager and spark that sense of joy and wonder can be rare, but Sukino brought that out in her so naturally. It was a beautiful reminder of the power of intentional rest and mindfulness.
