This is your opportunity to meet the Megaformer! The LAGREE ESSENTIALS class is designed for students new to Lagree Fitness while challenging all beginning and intermediate students of the Lagree Method. In this class you will learn the fundamentals of the Megaformer and how to modify and or progress in future LAGREE TOTAL BODY sessions and advanced classes such as Core & More and CardioBlast.
