Here we combine traditional weight training, conditioning, and a few friends to create what we think is the best exercise dynamic in the business.. With small groups, up to a Max of 4 people, get dedicated coaching, as well as the benefit of the group dynamic, all with plenty of space and state of the art equipment to get an outstanding workout. In these classes you will begin to learn more advanced programming techniques and exercises as you work closely with your GRIT Coach. This is where we begin to incorporate more weight lifting and strength training to improve body composition, core strength, posture, and the countless other benefits that strength training provides. We used a Quarterly Phased Programming System to utilize the body’s natural strengths and different times of the year to develop. From here we will develop a different set of skills and physical tools in each phase to make sure your body can perform no matter the task.
