TRX InstructorCrystal Gipe has been in the fitness industry since 2016 and has been trained by studio owner Ami McMullen for years prior. She has a group fitness certification from ACE and completed training in both TRX Suspension Training and RIP Training. Her favorite thing about coaching at the studio is helping others achieve their goals. Crystal also holds a B.S. in Dental Hygiene.  If not at the studio or in the dental office she is with her husband and 2 boys.
