This youth beginners class focuses on balance, agility, body awareness, upper body, grip strength, endurance, technique, and so much more. Youth 6+

Special Instructions

No call, no show to classes will incur a $10 penalty charge.  Please be respectful and cancel or reschedule 1 hour before the class to allow members on the waitlist to get a spot in class. Please meet the prerequisites of at least being able to do the following: Monkey bars Dead hang 30 secs or more basic running form moderate balance and coordination.
