Shaolin is a training program for living a richer and more purposeful life.

Developed by Chinese monks, it’s transmitted as a martial art that incorporates energy work, physical fitness, mental training, and present moment awareness. Combining these elements creates an extremely effective method for change. 

At New Orleans Shaolin, we offer this traditional training in a way that’s fun, interactive, and supportive.

With this introductory trial pass, you can see if our program feels right for you by attending multiple classes for Kung Fu or Tai Chi.
