Join us for this 60-minute VIRTUAL workout where you will use a resistance band and bodyweight to build strength, power and overall fitness for a whole-body workout. We begin with our dynamic warm-up, followed by core work, and then move into an interval-style workout where you will complete a variety of resistance band and bodyweight movements that will leave you feeling like a million bucks!
