About the Class

Join us for this 60-minute VIRTUAL workout where you will use bodyweight and either a kettlebell or dumbbell. We begin with our dynamic warm-up, followed by core work, and then get right to the meat of the program. We will use a variety of movements to develop strength, conditioning, and all-purpose fitness. It is helpful if you have some familiarity with strength training, however, regressions and progressions will be provided so that all levels are welcome! A link for this class will be emailed to everyone registered 30 minutes prior to the start of this class.
