1:1 Personal Training Total Body Strength Training is the core of our program and the foundation to your best fitness. Research-based, highly effective workout routines designed to strengthen and sculpt your entire body in a welcoming boutique atmosphere. We’ll use a variety of equipment and ever-changing moves to keep every session challenging and fun. When you book personal training I ask you to acknowledge the recommended: A.TRANSFORMATION LOG: Take optional photos and measurements and log them in your profile so you can have a visual record of your progress! B. LIVFITNESS LIFESTYLE GUIDE & JOURNAL: Each member receives this guide/journal free when they become a member of the LivFit Tribe. The intention for this is to put all the information that you need for a healthy lifestyle in one place and streamline your fitness routine by helping you prioritize what works. The LivFitness Lifestyle Guide & Journal simply guides you through and helps you implement the Branches of the LivFit lifestyle into your daily living. C. LIVFIT BOUTIQUE CARDIO FUSION: Free weekly LivFit Zoom Boutique Cardio Fusion classes: I encourage you to join in, they are included with your membership. Thursdays at (6:15 am) and Saturdays (8:15 am) (time may vary). A perfect supplement to your weekly strength training and lots of fun. Sign up on your profile under “cardio classes”. You will receive Zoom links and reminders once you sign up. D. MONTHLY CHALLENGES FOR CORE STRENGTH AND NUTRITION: You will receive a text message with details to join the monthly challenge if you choose. I will meet you where you are and help guide you one step at a time. E. Yoga: Strength training and yoga make the perfect team! Each practice balances out the other and helps you avoid injury. Strength training helps your yoga posture and keeps proper alignment. Yoga helps to increase your flexibility, making it easier and safer to get a deeper range of motion in your strength moves. Plus you get to work on your breath and a different part of your mind.
