Yin + Mobility Yin yoga allows you to slow down and relax into a shape alleviating stress and restoring energy levels. This practice uses a more meditative approach of turning inward to improve flexibility, boost circulation, and reduce tension by targeting the connective tissues and meridians of the subtle body. It is a great compliment to more active forms of yoga and movement.
