Flowing & Deep Stretching Yoga Explore the combination of longer holds and deep stretching of Yin Yoga with the dynamic movement and energetic flow of Vinyasa. Allow your body to move along with the ride of the breath creating a seamless flow of postures that create a moving meditation that calms the mind then experience a deep passive stretch at the end of each flow sequence. Balance of Yin and Yang: Find harmony by incorporating both the stillness and flow aspects of Yoga. This well-rounded practice provides students with the benefits of joint flexibility, stamina, and creative sequences.
