Inside Out Fitness
My fitness journey began about 15 years ago when I was 100 pounds overweight, dealing with blood pressure and cholesterol issues. I decided to make a change from the Inside Out.I began with taking classes at a boutique women’s fitness gym, where I then began teaching. I got my personal training certification, group fitness certification, nutritional certification and multiple specialty certifications to teach different formatted classes. I opened a taekwondo school where we taught all ages and levels to work through their belt certifications as well as women’s self-defense. Today I still actively teach multiple days a week, work out often and am a nutrition enthusiast.Outside of the gym, i work full time and I am a mama to 4 and a Nona to one. I have struggled through the weight loss, fitness journey and maintenance. I get it, because I have and continue to live it. I look forward to being part of your journey!!
