About the Class

Pole&Chair combines Floor/Chair and Beginner Pole (level 1and 2) moves to create a fun unique routine. This class will include: warm up and cool down, and routine performance time. There will be an emphasis on strength building and fluidity. All levels are welcome, please bring a yoga mat or kneepads, heels are optional.
