Welcome to Xpose Fitness, a place for you to get a great
workout, meet great people, and discover the joy of movement and
dance. 
Founded as a place for women to explore the power of their
sensuality and develop confidence through self expression, Xpose
Fitness is a Pole Dance Fitness studio offering a variety of
classes to clients ages 18 and up.
