My Name is Argenta. Most people call me Arg. I have been a Dental Assistant for 32 years, helping people smile.  For about the past ten years, I have been coaching in the fitness world and I have been at 3N1 Fitness Revolution for over 4 years.  I love to work with people to help them develop a healthy lifestyle through strength and weight training. Helping others gain confidence through their smile and getting fit blends both occupations.  I am certified in Real Ryder Spin, Schwin Indoor Cycling, ACE Group Fitness, ACE Personal Training, ACE Weight Management and ACE Sports Nutrition.  Certified in Adult, Child & Baby First Aid, CPR, and AED.
