About the Class

Our 30-Minute Circuit Strength class uses the same quality movements we use to create our functional strength programs, but we weave them together in a challenging new format that will improve conditioning and whole body strength so you can play longer. These circuits will include movements from traditional weightlifting, our Functional Strength programs, and out Primal Strength class all combined together to get your heart rate up and keep you moving well.
