Tabata is another example of a HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout. There is a combination of strength training with cardio. The timer runs the class, along with the instructor. The timer will instruct you to work for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, for 8 rounds. This is a tough class but goes by very fast.
