You can choose from any of our Live TV Classes, offering the most popular DVD routines with a live Certified TV Fitness Trainer there to support you 100% of the way. TV Fitness also offers our members’ affordable results based personal training. We like to call it, Team PT. A great workout with up to four people with a Certified Personal Trainer. TV Fitness has solved those problems. You can get fit to some of the most popular DVD workouts with a twist. TV Fitness makes it possible for you to exercise to a large variety of highly expensive TV promoted workout DVD routines. We host your favorite video routines inClasses with the support and motivation from a live Certified Trainers all at a pace that suits your individualability. Many of the workouts seen on TV don’t include the equipment necessary for success. TV Fitness has your back. We provide all of the equipment for every Live TV Class routine at our facility. All members are also required to go through an initial fitness assessment to determine your level of strength and ability. Trainers set up a series of DVD class routines for you to participate in with other like-minded and similarly abled members.
