SHOOTING & SKILLS TRAINING ALL AGES ON SYNTHETIC ICE SIGN UP AND TRAIN WITH A FRIEND Using a Partner Package Players are brought through the different shot selection processes and put into different goal scoring positions. Our emphasis will be on proper shooting and goal scoring techniques. Specific focus on proper weight transfer, stick pressure, release points, and accuracy. Other items include: • Enhance Creativity • Game situational skill development • Video Analysis • Improved stick handling • Improved Passing & Receiving • Battle Concepts • Improved Shooting • Learn different shooting styles • Puck Protection • Statistics and Raw Data for ensured progress

Thank you for scheduling synthetic Ice lessons with KIIH. Here are a few things you will need for your lesson: Equipment: You may wear full hockey equipment, but it is not necessary. Many students dress with the following over their athletic wear. Here is what you will need: Helmet w/ cage Elbow pads Hockey Gloves Shin pads with sweat pants under or over. No shorts. Sharpened skates (once a week) Players will slide out on synthetic if skates are not sharpened. Stick Location: Raw Performance at Griffs Icehouse 30 Coldbrook NE Grand Rapids, MI. 49503 When you get to Griffs: Please enter Griffs through the player entrance. You may get your equipment on inside the rink, on the bench, outside the Raw Performance entry door, just below our large banner inside the West Rink. We will get you when it is your time. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations within 96 hours of the scheduled time. We will credit your account for cancellations prior to 96 hours.
