Our Complete Fitness Evaluation is a combination of our Fitness Consulation and our Fitness Testing Sessions. It is a 90 minute session that begins with a sit-down conversation to discuss your goals and create a game plan towards reaching your goals. After that, head to the gym for some measurements, corrective exercise tests, and some stregnth and endurance testing! Our Complete Fitness Evaluation sessions are as follows: Fitness Consultation: - Goal Setting - Discuss Exercise History - Discuss Health History - Fitness Counseling - Nutrition Counseling - Creation of Game Plan Fitness Testing: - Body Weight - Body Fat Percentage - BMI - Fat Free Mass/Fat Mass - Circumference Measurements - Waist/Hip Ratio - Corrective Exercise Tests - Strength/Endurance Tests - 12 Minute Treadmill Test (VO2Max)
Wear comfortable gym clothes and be prepared to challenge yourself with a 12 minute treadmill run and/or walk test.
