This Bootcamp/HIIT style class is designed to boost your muscular endurance! Often set up as a station by station circuit training class, this class is a full body workout and also may offer various games/competitions to keep the workouts exciting! Whether you're in shape or it's been a while, we can always adjust your workout accordingly to get you just the right routine!
This class is based on donations! All donations will go to The Well Being Foundation. The Well Being Foundation is a non-profit organization that helps to eliminate the financial barrier to exercise for those in need of professional fitness help. It does this by providing finiancial assistance towards the fitness services at The Well Being to those in need.
