Yoga is a practice of connecting our body and mind through intentional breathing, meditation, and accessible, adaptive movement. In this gentle class, you will have the opportunity to experience yoga therapy techniques to develop your own sense of stability, strength, restfulness, and composure, supporting comfort and ease in your daily life. This class is trauma-informed and open to all. A limited supply of mats, blocks and blankets are provided.
