About the Class

Welcome to bungee fitness!  In this class, you will learn how to “clip in and out” as well as basics of harnesses and the bungee.   This class must be taken before you take regular bungee offerings. (The 6 week beginner course does not require this.) 

Special Instructions

Please bring DRY shoes to bungee in if it's wet outside.  No yoga mat needed
