Scootin' Boogie to Fireball, while connecting with new friends and
getting your heart pumping. This energetic class is accessible to
all, with no dance experience required—just bring your enthusiasm
and love of movement.

MI Fitness Community is more than just a place to work out or
dance. We are a community that uplifts, supports and connects one
another. We are a space that is judgement and critical free –
everyone is welcome in this community. Come as you are, Do what
you can. 
We offer a wide range of classes ranging from Yin Yoga to HIIT
workouts to World Dance. With over 30 classes on the schedule
weekly there is a class for everyone (modifications are available
for each class). We have over 13 instructors who are unique and
bring their own flare and magic to this community.
