We have revamped our class formats so that you all know what class type you taking! This class type is Recomposition where we focus on endurance based exercises that attempt to exhaust muscles groups while increasing intensity and speed, same muscle group supersets to burn out muscles. We also will focus on moderate tempo with occasional plyometric movements with heart rate and cardio zone focuses with an emphasis on fat burning. During our body weight exercises, we will be doing more intense exercises such as squats to jump squats, lunges to jumping lunges and other exercises to burn out those same muscle groups. If you need any modifications, please let our instructors know!
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class time to ensure you are fully wrapped and ready to go before class starts. We also have a late policy that if you are not here 5 minutes before class, the instructor may ask you to come back to another class time. This ensures your safety and we want the instructor to give you their undivided attention! If you do not show to your scheduled class, there will be a $20 no show fee. If you need to cancel the session, you may also message the fan page or send us an email so you can let the instructor know.
