About the Class

This class will be livestreamed from our studio so you can join from home! HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training is a training technique in which you give 100% effort through quick intense bursts of exercise followed by shorter active recovery periods. They also build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn during and after the workout.  Come take our newest class! A quick workout leaving you feeling strong and powerful, no more than 30 min, we engage all the energy systems in the body and heart rate levels in order to give you strength, endurance and cardio.
