

MP Power is designed for maximizing results and minimizing burnout. This barbell workout utilizes weight room classics like squats, presses, lifts, and curls to engage every muscle in your body. You and your gym cohorts tackle every workout to great music and with the help of encouragement from a high-energy instructor. The key focus of MP Power is to enhance strength and endurance which, in turn, burns nearly 600 calories per workout. You’ll begin with a warm-up using light weights to get your muscles ready to move. From there, your instructor guides you through the main workout, focusing on all the major muscle groups.
There is a late canceleation fee of $10 when class is cancelled within 6 hours of start time.
