We are so excited V2 Volleyball opened! Finally a place to go to get more reps in with their amazing volleyball machines and training equipment. Chad is very friendly and teaches the girls how to use everything to fit their practice needs best. Both of my girls loved their practice time there and felt very welcomed.

V2 Volleyball is Michigan's premier exclusively focused
volleyball training facility.  We have the latest in
technology, making it possible to practice and train any part of
your game, on your time, at your pace.  We do not run teams,
have no club affiliation, and we are solely focused on providing a
facility where athletes can come to dramatically improve their
volleyball skills.
Using our machines, a player can work on and eliminate any weakness
in their game, making them a more complete and well-rounded player
on the court.

If you can imagine it, we can replicate it, and repeat 150x until
you have it mastered.  Whether you're a beginner, or a D1
athlete, we can help to improve your volleyball
skills.  

Upstairs on our mezzanine, we have two VertiMax V8 platforms, plyo
boxes, and other stretching/training gear to help you improve
vertical jump, quickness/agility, and power.  When you're
done, we also have two Sunlighten mPulse Infrared RLT Saunas to
help with recovery and relaxation.   
We don't provide direct training for the athletes.  V2 is a
self guided facility allowing each individual to assess and work on
the skills they need to improve.  Trainers and coaches are
welcome, and have no risk of violating their respective club's
policies.   We strongly encourage parents to be involved
in their athlete's training, by allowing them to participate
without requiring an ounce of volleyball skill to do so.

offer free tours, discounted first visits, packages, memberships,
and even free wifi, snacks and water for parents needing to wrap up
some business in our viewing area, complete with two tvs allowing
you to keep an eye on your athlete's progress.
