Shayna spent 15 years as a competitive gymnast at Extreme and has over a decade of experience coaching both recreational and competitive gymnastics. She graduated from Central Michigan University in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a minor in Leadership. Currently, she’s working toward becoming a certified Personal Trainer. Shayna is passionate about gymnastics and coaching, and she’s thrilled to be back in the gym sharing that passion with kids.
