Experience a full body workout, as a family, that challenges both the body and mind. Build strength, agility, endurance and balance through our 45 minute training session consisting of a dynamic stretch warm-up, an adaptable muscle and stamina building circuit followed by your choice of skill based obstacles you could see within an obstacle course race like American Ninja Warrior or additional full body movements that build the power and confidence for what life throws at you. This is an adult focused session that allows children with a parent participating. The session is geared toward adults and parents will guide their children through stretches, exercises and obstacles.
