About the Class

Experience a full body workout that challenges both the body and mind. Build strength, agility, endurance and balance through our 45 minute training session consisting of a dynamic stretch warm-up, an adaptable muscle and stamina building circuit followed by your choice of skill based obstacles you could see within an obstacle course race like American Ninja Warrior or additional full body movements that build the power and confidence for what life throws at you.
