About the Appointment

Gold Package   90 mins full facility rental Up to 30 participating Kids  ($20 per additional child) Instructed Gym Play  (Featuring an instructor lead event and music as well. The instructor will direct and lead the obstacle courses. They will also run gym games and activities based on age) Dining area Set up included Clean up included  Coffee bar included Music Provided - Can submit playlist or use SWAG Playlist   You Provide: party favors, food, cake, non-alcoholic beverages for adults   *A $100 non-refundable deposit will be due at the time of booking. Your deposit goes towards your event total, the remaining balance being due the day of the event.  Once you have paid your deposit, a S.W.A.G. team member will reach out to you to discuss your party needs further! *Event reservations/bookings must be approved by SWAG staff after your deposit is made for your requested date and time. *Our kid count only includes children participating in gym activities. *In-gym activities will end once food is served. The gym floor will be closed to parents and children once the equipment has been cleaned and sanitized.
