Class starts at 6:00 This will be a 1-hour HIIT-style class in a semi-private personal training atmosphere. You will be instructed through a High-Intensity Interval Training class that will start with a warm-up and include cardio and weight training exercises.
Please sign up for the class before you come to class. Please respect the class and show up at least 5 minutes before class time to allow yourself time to go through your Covid-19 protocol for check-in and not interrupt the rest of the class. Follow the 4 step process. 1. sanitize 2. Take your temp 3. answer covid questions 4. Check in on your app or on the computer at the check-in table.
