This is a full body, biggest bang for your buck training that will make sure you sleep like a baby! We combine HIIT & Tabata with kickboxing, spin cycle and strength training. You will rotate to all 3 stations burning calories and building muscle the entire journey.
Please bring a separate pair of shoes. We do not want to wear street shoes or boots in our studio. If you do not bring extra shoes, you may not be able to participate in class. You must be fully vaccinated for covid-19 including at least one booster shot.
