About the Class

This classic cardio crunching system is a fun and exhilarating experience. Punch and kick your way to increase cardio capacity and metabolic rate. We add in a few bodyweight and other cardio exercises for increased muscle activation, strength and ab work! Note: We have gloves that can be borrowed for the first time you try this class. You will need to purchase your own for future classes. They are easily purchased online on Amazon or Title Boxing.

Special Instructions

Please bring a separate pair of shoes. We do not want to wear street shoes or boots in our studio. If you do not bring extra shoes, you may not be able to participate in class. You must be fully vaccinated for covid-19 including at least one booster shot.
